How do I register for an account?


To register a new iBankEx account follow this step-by-step guide: Step 1) Click the “Sign Up” button in the top right-hand side of the website as below or click the link below https://www.ibankex.io/register/ Step 2) Register for an iBankEx account using your mobile phone or email address Step 3) Fill in the fields as below

  • Please choose Nationality correctly as it cannot be revised after registration
  • Password must be 8-20 characters with at least 1 letter. It cannot be only numbers.

Example of a valid password: h8b21xs5ea

  • Optional – Key in any referral/invitation code that may have been given to you by your referrer




How do I buy Cryptocurrency with Fiat currency? (Buying cryptocurrencies for the first time?)


Users will be able to buy cryptocurrency with Fiat currency at iBankEx OTC. Step 1: Visit iBankEx OTC homepage: https://www.ibankex.io/otc/ If you already have a user account, clikc "Login" and skip to Step 2. If you don't have a user account, click "Sign Up" Step 2: Fill in the fields as below. Please choose Nationality correctly as it cannot be revised after registration. Password must be 8-20 characters with at least 1 letter. It cannot be only numbers. Example of a valid password: h8b21xs5ea Optional – Key in any referral/invitation code that may have been given to you by your referrer Step 3: Click "Log In" in the upper right corner, enter your account (the registered phone number or email), and password, then click "Log In". You will need to enter a GA (Google Authenticator) code to login. Step 4: Select the digital asset you want to trade (taking "Buy BTC" as an example), choose the price and the payment method as your wish, and click "Buy BTC". Step 5: Enter the total/amount you wish and click "Order". Step 6: On the order page, confirm the amount (total) and payment method of the order. Transfer your payment to the seller within the limit time. After transfer, please make sure you click on "I've Paid". (Please note that you need to transfer your payment to the seller directly according to the payment method required by the seller. If you have already transferred to the seller, DO NOT click "Cancel" unless your account has received the refund from the seller. ) Step 7: In the "Confirm Payment" pop-up window, click "Confirm". (If you have not actually completed payment, please DO NOT click "Confirm" since such behavior is not allowed by transaction regulations.) Then, wait for the seller to release the digital assets. (You may contact the seller or the platform’s customer service. For details, refer to the end of this page.) Step 8: After the seller releases the digital asset, the transaction is completed. You may click "Transfer Now" to transfer your digital assest from your OTC Account to iBankEx Account. Check here to know more about “transfer to iBankEx”. You may check the digital assets that you just bought by clicking "Balances" in the upper right corner. Note: 1. If the digital assets are still not received 5 minutes after completing payment, you may contact the seller by clicking the "Call" icon. 2. If it is 5 minutes after you click "I've Paid" and you have not received the digital asset yet, you may click "Complaint" and the platform’s customer service staff will intervene the transaction process in the chat box. 3. BTC, USDT, and ETH are available for transactions on Huobi OTC. If you need to trade other digital assets, please transfer your BTC/USDT/ETH to your Exchange Account on iBankEx. 4. How do I verify my account?


To verify your iBankEx account follow this step-by-step guide: Step 1) Log into your iBankEx account Step 2) Under your “Profile”, Click on “ID Verification” in the drop-down menu as below to upload your documents for verification Step 3) Fill in your details in all the fields provided: Kindly follow the below requirements strictly to prevent a delay in your verification process.

  • ID can be passport, ID, Driver licence
  • Name and country must be exactly as shown in your passport. Please include your middle name (if any), in either of the name fields
  • Points to take note for the Photo ID upload:
  • Formats supported include JPG or PNG format
  • Please don’t upload scan or copy version
  • The document must be smaller than 5MB
  • Information in the passport/identity photo, especially the passport/identity number and the name, must be clearly visible without any modification or obstruction.
Step 4) Your verification will be processed within 24 hours once all documents have been correctly submitted. If your account has not been verified after 3 days, kindly email us at support@ibankex.io thank you.




How do I withdraw coins?


How do I withdraw coins? 1. Log in to your iBankEx account 2. Click on “Balances” and choose the currency you want to withdraw. Using “USDT” as an example, click on “Withdraw”. 3. Input the amount and withdrawal address in which you want your USDT to be withdrawn to. Click on “Withdraw”. 4. The security authentication screen will appear. You will need to enter all of the verification codes, for every Two-factor Authentication method that you have set up on your account. The screenshot below shows an account that has been setup with Email and Google Authenticator Two-factor Authentication as part of their account security. As such, the user is required to enter the Email Verification Code received in their Email, as well as the Google Authenticator Code before they can confirm the withdrawal. 5. Once the withdrawal request has been submitted. You will see a screen similar to the below. You may check on the status of your withdrawal by clicking on “Track Withdrawal Status” 6. The status will be reflected as "Completed" once the withdrawal has been completed.




How do I deposit coins?


Step 1) Go to https://www.ibankex.io/ and login to your account. Step 2) Click on “Balances” and choose the currency you wish to deposit. Using USDT as an example, click on the corresponding “Deposit” icon. Step 3) You will be able to check your USDT deposit address and send USDT to this address. You may choose to copy the deposit address or scan the QR Code.

How do I check the status of my placed order?


You may view the status of your placed order, simply by logging on to your account via https://www.ibankex.io/ DESKTOP For Open Orders: Step 1) Go to https://www.ibankex.io/ Step 2) Click “Orders” Step 3) All pending orders will be shown under “Open Orders” page. Tips: The status of your open orders is also available on the trading screen. For Filled Orders: Step 1) Click “Orders” Step 2) All filled orders will be shown in the “Order History” page. MOBILE APP Step 1) Log on to iBankEx mobile app Step 2) Click the “User Icon” Step 3) Select “Order Management” Step 4) All pending orders will be shown by selecting “All” Step 5) Click “Order History” to view your filled orders




How to transfer assets between OTC and iBankEx?


Transferring of assets between OTC and iBankEx is free of charge, simply log on to our platform and you can perform multiple transfers without any charges. Web Version Step 1) Log on to OTC with your Huobi login credentials via https://www.ibankex.io/otc/ Step 2) Click ‘Balances’ Step 3) Choose the coin you wish to transfer and click on ‘Transfer’ Step 4) In the pop-up page of “Transfer”, choose from “Exchange Account” to “OTC Account” and enter the amount to be transferred. Then click “Transfer Now”. Step 5) Check and ensure that the correct amount has been transferred and you are good to go! Mobile App Version Step 1) Log on to your account with the iBankEX Mobile App Step 2) Click ‘Balances’ Step 3) Click on ‘OTC’, and click on the coin you wish to transfer Step 4) Click on ‘Transfer’ Step 5) Under Account, choose which accounts you wish to transfer to and from (Fiat to Exchange / Exchange to Fiat). Next, indicate the Transfer amount. After ensuring all information is correct, click on ‘Transfer’
